The PEI / Genesis Group is one of the largest distributors of connectors in the world. Globally we represent Amphenol, Cinch, ITT Cannon, Eaton, Lemo and many others. We owe our 70 years of success mainly to the speed of delivery thanks to our large inventory, VAD connector production, local production of interconnect cables, and above all a great team with expert knowledge. We cover solutions mainly for industry, mil-aero, telco and data communications, medicine, agriculture.

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for finding new customers and retaining existing ones. Must be able to identify business opportunities and customer needs in applications. He will be approaching engineers with possible technical solutions while also closing the deal with buyers.

KEY FOR US IS THE CANDIDATE’S DYNAMICS, HIGH COMMERCIAL SKILLS WITH BASIC KNOWLEDGE IN ELECTRO-MECHANICAL CONSTRUCTIVITY, INTEREST IN INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES AND A PULL ON THE GATE (Order at home!).

What we expect from you:

  • Previous experience in a similar sales position: HUNTER SALES WITH CLOSING
  • Declared business successes
  • Good presentation skills and professionalism
  • Relationship to technical products, solutions or applications
  • Willingness to learn about industrial connectors and cables
  • AJ at an active communication level in both written and spoken language
  • Ability to achieve set business objectives
  • B driving licence and willingness to travel
  • Very good planning, organizational, analytical skills
  • Knowledge of basic MS Office tools
  • Orientation in the ERP system
